ReturnBuddy was founded in Phoenix, Arizona by Lauren and Sienna — two college entrepreneurs who believed the return process could be done better.

We saw how frustrating, time-consuming, and wasteful online returns had become. So we set out to change it.

ReturnBuddy exists to make returns simple, pleasant, and seamless. We are focused on transforming the return experience while reducing unnecessary packaging waste and removing the stress from the process.

As a women-owned and operated startup rooted in Christian values, we operate with integrity, honesty, sustainability, and strong ethical principles. We believe in building a brand that puts the customer first and creates solutions that genuinely serve people.
